Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. ZARA

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

  • Final Sale items, personalized/custom products, and certain hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, fragrances) are non-returnable unless defective. ZARA


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to Order History.

  2. Select the order you want to return.

  3. Click “Return Items” and follow the prompts.

  4. Pack the products securely with original packaging and tags.

  5. Ship the return using the provided label.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping may be free or deducted from your refund depending on promotions or shipping method selected at checkout.

  • For standard returns, the cost of return shipping will be specified during the return process.

  • If you choose to use your own shipping method, return shipping costs are not refundable.


4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.

  2. Once your return is received and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us with photos of the item and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. ZARA


7. Final Sale Items

Certain products marked as “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned or refunded. This includes:

  • Clearance items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Perishable or hygiene products
